Today I had a few beautiful pieces from Lisa Edoff Stockholm here in my studio. Lisa is swedish designer and illustrator, she creates fun and creative patterns that are printed on various items that you can buy in her online shop. Among them are these gorgeous blouses that I've helped her photograph.
Tonight I worked at Berns covering Fadimegalan 2018 for GAPF - The national association GAPF, a Swedish nonprofit organisation that focuses on both men and women who are exposed to honor violence. It supports those affected as well as is a source of information about honor violence in Swedish society and internationally. The gala is arranged yearly in memory of Fadime Sahindal Here are a few images from the event.
Playing with random objects in my studio, results are colorful to say the least! Macro photography is a way to see patterns and shapes that a naked eye doesn't normally see, Not to mention how much fun it is! Great way to spend a rainy day.
Today after a year of hard work and lots and lots of safety pins used, Tonje held her fashion show at Nosh and Chow. I was there to document the event and couldn't stop admiring all the details and hard work that went into every piece. Tonje's journey will be shown on SVT this coming spring in a documentary ”Idag om ett år”.
Me and my colleague Josefin Hassselberg have finally moved in our new office and photo studio. It's been a long search but we have found a beautiful space just 5 min walk from Skanstull subway stop with abundance of light, 6m high ceiling, and a nice view. After two intense weeks of decorating, installing and preparing we are ready to welcome our clients and friends and start working on exciting assignments and projects.
I had a privilege to photograph gorgeous custom made rings for LWL jewelry. It really was a pleasure working with their stunning, delicate and beautifully crafted jewelry. Images retouched by my colleague Mathilda at visionarez.com
Spent the rainy Wednesday afternoon touring the city with Ourway Stockholm team. So much fun to watch the guides in action and what a fantastic team they are! Professional, fun, full of energy and knowledge of both classic landmarks and the little corners of the city off the beaten path. Was great to see and learn a little more about our beautiful city! Here's a few images from the day!
Nearly impossible to choose best images from the assignment I did in july for Loving Sailing. One week around Croatian islands on a sailing boat with incredible nature, great food, stunning sunsets and of course dolphins. I met wonderful people and came back with thousands of beautiful photos. Here come the highlights!
Sailing, surfing and rope swinging
One of the best memories from the whole week was dolphins that decided to keep us company on the way to blue caves. Overwhelming to see these beautiful animals in their natural habitat. So playful and so incredibly gracious! Unforgettable moments!
Selected images from the incentive i covered last week: rib boat ride around archipelago with stops for karaoke and laser shooting...
...Followed by creating ice sculptures...
...and wrapped up with a dinner and dancing by the sea. Beautiful weather helped make the day perfect!
Here are some highlights from a three day long incentive that I covered recently. Intense, long and fun three days filled with walking tours, cruises, beautiful venues and stunning landmarks. We began in Vasa museum and finished in a majestic City Hall. What a fantastic assignment!
For someone very scared of heights, roof top tour was a big challenge. Fantastic experience though which was absolutely worth going through! Stunning views of Stockholm and a monthly dosis of healthy adrenaline.
And the grand finale - beautiful City Hall that never seizes to amaze. I was lucky to cover a few events hosted in it but every time is still like the first time. The lights and the sheer size of it! Fantastic building!
Documenting events is always a dynamic and exciting assignment, especially when you get to cruise from Stockholm to Vaxholm fortress and run after teams on a treasure hunt around the island. Add snowfall and cozy dinner and you get a fantastic day that I am lucky to call my job!
Today I went to the nearest kiosk to buy Dagens Industri. For the past mont or so I've been photographing various assignments for it's annex called Börshajen. Here's the results!
In the age where social media and internet have become a human right, a good portrait for Linkedin, Facebook, personal website or internal company network is almost a necessity. My week has been fully booked with portrait photo sessions for precisely those purposes and it's been incredibly interesting to learn about different looks accepted and preferred depending on the branch people work in.
Tonight Maria is celebrating the release of her novel "2,32 meter under havet". It is a notable event for me as well since a little earlier this year I shot portraits of her for all press material and marketing of the book. So exciting to see one of the portraits on front page of Kristianstadsbladet newspaper as well as on the inside of the book cover! Now looking forward to reading it!.

Today I had the honor of photographing my close friend who is expecting her first child. It always feels extra special to photograph someone you know well! So incredibly happy that I could be a part of this wonderful time of her life and I can't wait to hold the little one soon.
Weather forecast predicted rain but instead, just as the beautiful bride got in the car to be taken to Stockholm city hall, clouds started disappearing and we were treated to a gorgeous sunny day. What a lovely couple and what a wonderful photo session we had! Here's to a lifetime of happiness!
I've graduated from Kulturama's HFU (higher photography program) today with this work on the wall of Mindepartementet where together with my classmates we are having our final exhibition. The image i contributed with is this panoramic view or Stockholm's central station area seen from Barnhusbron. My aim with this project was to go back to the feeling of "crafting" an image, so I photographed it with large format camera, developed and printed it myself in the darkroom. The result is this "Outlook" consisting of 32 30x40cm silver gelatin prints.
Very special day indeed! Today, alongside my talented classmates from Kulturama I released a photography book called "It's all better now". A result of over a year of work, this book is my own take on melancholia. A way to express, through 30 images, my appreciation and affection towards inevitable cycles that life comes with and the pensive sadness they tend to cause.
You can see more images from this book on the portfolio page!
